Living on the 5th floor of O Ho is great if you plan on staying in Chicago over the summer -- you get a huge balcony all to yourself!

Apartment Types
Apartments have similar layouts but depending on the owner, some have been upgraded. Also, odd numbers face the lake while even numbers face the train (which can be loud).

Optima Horizon
Optima Horizon is a great option for students at Kellogg. The Jake is a 10 minute walk, the restaurants and subway are close by. The management is very responsive and the building is well managed.

Not the E2 party spot, but still surrounded by Kellogg students
Great apartment, has good amenities including small gym, pool, doorman. Quiet and comfortable, but you're still surrounded by Kellogg students if you want to socialize.

Great location, lots of space and comfortable
Close to Kellogg and downtown Evanston bars, shops, and restaurants. Lots of space, amenities in units vary because you are renting a condo.

OHo 2 BR for roommates
Location is great. I have gotten my sprint to the current-Jake down to 8 minutes, and it's very close to restaurants and stores. Building staff / doorpeople are friendly. Amenities include gym, patio with grills, and pool. Apartment is spacious and still feels new. Rooms are difficult to split between roommates because they vary in size and temperature. (Example: master bedroom en-suite bathroom but is cold in the winter. Second bedroom is pretty crammed with bathroom mostly used by guests across the whole, but the temperature is better.)

Optima Horizon 2 bedrom
The best part of living in Optima Horizons is that there are a lot of other Kellogg students. The first week of school I met some of my closest friends through my building. My apartment is also very modern with hardwood floors. The one downside is that since it is a condo you have to contact your landlord for any issues. Our landlord is not the most responsive so it can take a while to get things done.

Great Apartment for Kellogg Students
Great modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a doorman. Tons of Kellogg students. Pets allowed. Great location right in between the Jake and downtown Evanston. Never had any issues with the apartment so haven't interacted that much with management.

Downtown Evanston Reviews
Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
