Very Nice Place to Live

Very nice place to live. Nice views, clean and comfortable. Affordable, good management. Vintage feel, but clean and modern. Also located in a great location with everything that you need within walking distance.

Living at 10 W Elm

I've really loved living at 10 West Elm. The location is fantastic - Gold Coast is a really happening neighborhood with lots of nearby bars & restaurants. The building is situated right next to the Red Line which is incredibly convenient, and there is a Walgreens downstairs and a Jewel Osco within a 10 minute walk.

Perhaps equally important is the price point. I looked at several places before deciding on 10 West Elm, and this was by far the best value for an apartment in a desirable location. Lastly, management has been outstanding - always responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.

Amazing apartment

Love to location, love the management, love the value. Water pressure shower is not ideal and my view isn't so great. There isn't a vent for food so when someone makes bacon on my floor...everyone is smelling bacon. It is great that washer and dryers are available on each floor for the tenants to use!
