Homey apartment complex, but a little pricey

Close to school but thin walls
Coal yards is a nice flat 15 minute walk to class. The interiors are nicely done seem warm. However, the walls (and ceilings) are very thin and I can always hear my neighbors. We have gotten noise complaints on our computer without evening turning the volume up all the way.

No hassle and close to campus
I love the Coal Yard and love living a flat 15 minute walk from Sage Hall. My building is pretty up-to-date on features, and the team who runs the building is professional and quick to make repairs when needed!

Great Apartment
Well maintained, solidly-built, responsive management and great value. Additionally, the building is sound-proof and is quiet.

Responsive management and plenty of storage. 15 minute walk to campus. Heat and internet are included and the Coal Yard cafe is great for a quick bite.

Great apartment, expensive parking
Love Coal Yard but it is a bit expensive. Parking is pricey but the location is great and landlords are very attentive. Good for couples

Safe Location, Walking Distance to Sage Hall
Well-priced apartments in walking distance to Sage Hall (82 Bus stop out front in the winter); Management does a great job to plow when it snows and the rent includes internet. Great price relative to some of the newer constructed apartments.
