Great location, amenities could be better/cheaper!
Coal Yard can't be beat in terms of proximity to campus. It's a 12-15 minute, flat walk. Easy to go home at lunch and close to East Hill Plaza if you need groceries, pharmacy, etc. It can be a bit loud on weekends, but generally a quiet building. My complaints would be loud upstairs neighbors, no pet policy, and it's expensive. The apartments are huge and have tons of storage space. The roofdeck is awesome, but the building lacks amenities that competing properties have, such as a gym.
