Chateau Royale
Great location in relation to the law school and football stadium. Easily can walk to school. Spacious kitchen and dining room. I have a 50ish pound dog that I’m able to keep here (main reason I chose Chateau, factoring in location). Spacious balcony, all things considered.

Convenient Location
One of the main reasons I chose Chateau was because it is within walking distance of the law school. I can walk to the law school in 15 min from my apartment.

Chateau Royale Review
Chateau is an ok place to live and the rent is cheap. However, you get what you pay for when it comes to management. They’re very rude for no reason and will swindle you when they get the chance. Cindy in particular. If you want a short commute to the law school, your classmates to be your neighbors, and slumlords trying to rob you, this is the place for you!!!
