Great spot!

I love the views and amenities (including a gym and grocery store on the 44th floor). It's also very close to campus and the hospital. Very responsive management. Only downside is the price varies very widely depending on the unit.

Hancock building

It's a lovely building with a wide variety of units and rental prices. There is a grocery store and dry cleaner in the building on the 44th floor, the gym is also on the 44th floor with an incredible view. You are guaranteed an incredible view because condos don't start until the 44th floor. The management is responsive and friendly and my doormen are awesome. I absolutely love my apartment!

Nice Location Older Building

The building is going through many changes. Though it is an older building the style is holding up well and management has been very good in maintaining the property. Recently there has been some large renovations of the pool and fitness areas and the results look excellent. Management is always quick to respond to requests and are on site. Overall it is a very good place to live.

Awesome home

This is in the heart of the city. Wonderful downtown location. Excellent management office. Great facilities. The building is older but kept in excellent condition and has been updated. The parking rates are on the high side but living close to public transportation means you don't need a car if you don't travel out of the city much.

Magnificent Mile Reviews

Pros: very safe, great transportation options in the Red line and all the busses you can think of, close to all of the entertainment and social life options of River North without the price

Cons: 35-50 minute commute via the 2 to Hyde Park (but it's a great bus! Mostly U of C commuters and very reliable.)
The building is located just off of Mag Mile, so there's a lot of people around and great restaraunts and shopping! It's perfect that it's not directly on Mag Mile, however, because you have less congestion and noise around you.
Streeterville is River North's cheaper, more serious little brother. Mostly students, people who work in the loop, hospital staff, and tourists.
Not a lot of people live out west, but it's a great place to live.
Not the most lively neighborhood but River North and the Loop are within walking distance, easy transit access to the entire North and Northwest side
good
Clean, busy, luxurious.
You live at the edge of Streeterville and Gold Coast in this building. Michigan Ave is right next store. It's an easy walk to amazing restaurants in Streeterville, Gold Coast and River North and it's 2 blocks from the hospital.
