Expensive but perfect apartment.
Lived here all four years of med school and enjoyed a 15 minute commute straight down ashland on the x9. Management is very responsive and gym is great. Perfect location right on top of the Division blue line stop and within eyeshot of wonderful Division st restaurants. Also fun when the summer street fairs come along.
Cons:
-no parking (transit oriented development)
- expensive if you’re not in a couple. In my opinion the 2-3brs are not worth the cost so not great for roommates.
