Wonderful
Jenkins Hall is for Moody Bible Institute students and subsidized housing by Morningside south. The residents are all kind and helpful and the management is stellar. The doors are fob operated so very secure and the doormen are always cheery and happy to assist with what they can.

Wonderful on-campus apartment, but in need of updates
Everything in these apartments is out-dated. From the carpets to the kitchen appliances. The lighting is terrible, and it is either too hot or too cold. Also, everyone that lives here is kind, and working with facilities is great. The lack of storage is bothersome, but can be dealt with.
