Good Location, Building Generally Nice
This apartment is in a great location, right near the Red Line, with very affordable rent for the area. The apartment is spacious, with nice wood floors and high ceilings. One of the bedrooms does not have a closet unfortunately. The management could be better about answering questions and fixing problems, and sometimes does not seem to know simple information about the apartment building. However, overall they do send maintenance in to address major problems quickly. I personally love the apartment for its location, wood floors, and price!!!

You Get What You Pay For
For the location, this apartment is a steal! It has hardwood floors, very tall ceilings and is located steps away from Michigan Avenue. However, the apartment is old. It does not have central air and due to how old the building is the insulation is awful. This means that no matter how long you run window units it never really cools off. Also, the management company is located on the North Side of Chicago so they are rather hard to get ahold of if there is an issue. There was an awful smell throughout the entire building for over a week and whenever I called to try to get someone out to fix it it said the number was inaccurate. Oh, and there's 0 closet space. We converted the dining room into a giant closet.
