I've been living at Burnet Flats for about three months and absolutely love it! Brand new complexes that are extremely clean and a gated community.

Excellent Value

Great place for the value! I love the location and the management has been very friendly. The building hosts occassional social events as well which is a great way to meet your neighbors.

Great for families, lots of restaurants, close to HEB and Walmart. You need a car here but it is close to bus routes and the train.

There’s not much going on in the neighborhood. I have to walk to the Triangle to find restaurants, cleaners and cafes.
