Brentwood is a pleasant suburban neighborhood close to major local highways and downtown. Historically, the community was an area made up of cotton fields and dairy farms. In the 1940s, the city adopted the area to create a residential community, with many bungalow-style homes being constructed. Today, Brentwood is a historic yet happening neighborhood with a serene personality. Notable are its vintage burger bars and restaurants.

Brentwood is a welcoming town with many friendly residents and places to go. Towards the northern boundary, lies the Brentwood Neighborhood Park. Within the park are a variety of athletic recreational grounds, picnic areas, and a walking path perfect for enjoying warm days in Texas. Local cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area include Monkey Nest Coffee, Torchy’s Tacos, Fonda San Miguel, Epoch Coffee, Yard Bar, and Black Star Co-op. All of these are great places to socialize and grab a quick bite to eat when out with your friends. Brentwood is perfect for anyone looking for a wholesome and caring atmosphere, with plenty of things to do.
