MW8 Apartments

The apartments are a pretty good price for the location as well as the amenities included. You rent per bedroom, so roommates are often random (thus can affect your experience with this property). But the staff is friendly, and they try to put on community events once a month or so.

Best thing about living here is definitely the location. We are right across from the Max green/orange lines and food carts. The downtown shuttle stop to campus is only minutes away. We also like our view but it seems that not all the apartments have a great view. Plus my roommates' windows are right across from our neighbors' windows, meaning they can see each other, so that's a bit awkward. Other downsides are lack of storage space and the noise level can get a bit high (but that's to be expected being downtown). But overall the pros outweigh the cons. We really like being here and it's a great price.

The location of MW8 is very convenient. It locates in downtown Portland. Near PSU. Near the shuttle stop of L&C shuttle in downtown Portland (five minutes walk from the apartment to Shattuck Hall ). Near the Trimet bus stop of 12. Near the Trimet Max stop (green line and orange line). Markets like Fred Meyer and Safeway are also not very far.
The location is super convenient : )

Living conditions of the apartment are also good. You did not need to worry about the furnitures and extra fees. All are included in the rent.

A little bit noisy of the traffic sometimes (because it's located in Downtown and near Max station). Can hear the Max sometimes. But I'm fine with it and got used to it. No problem of rest or living.
