Love my apartment

Modern apartments with fantastic amenities at a reasonable price (unheard of in DC). The location is pretty convenient and management has been reliable and easy to work with.

Gables City Vista

I moved to DC recently having only visited. I love my complex and the upscale amenities, including 24 hour concierge. It is in an "up and coming" area but I find it to be very convenient to get anywhere I need to go. Parking is available but for a hefty fee. It is pet friendly which was also important in my search. The management is speedy, communicative, and friendly.
