Good management
Owner of my apartment is very nice person. If there is any issue with apartment, owner comes and fixes it urgently. Even though we prefer living in condo than apartment, at the moment we are happy about the aparment because of good and caring management. I am not sure we will move to different place next year when our lease contract finishes.
