Has been a nightmare
Been dealing with bats and a wishy washy landlord since moving in. He does not keep up with maintenance on the building. He only cuts the grass once a month or so. He's been trying to sell the building for a while. Does not give you proper notice when he needs to enter. Beware the bats in the attic. They WILL enter your home.
