The Morris

I love living here! Been here for almost 3 years now and it’s a 5 minute commute to school.

Good place close to campus

The Morris is a 10-15 minute walk to EBL and the hospital. It is one of the nicest apartment buildings you'll find close to campus. It has fantastic amenities like the 19th floor gym, pool, outdoor grills, and 7th floor patio area. The 24 hour concierge provides great service if you ever have any issues. There is also a spacious parking garage. The building is extremely safe with electronic keys and the concierge monitors who is coming and going. If you are willing to pay a steeper rent then other buildings, its worth the price.

The amenities here are amazing, management is quick to help on any issue, and the facilities are always clean.

Love the secured parking garage and apartment features - heavy duty washer/dryer in unit, plenty of storage, comfortable layout, and great community amenities. Gym is never that crowded and the outdoor lounge spaces are great. Incredible location too!

I love living at the Morris. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 which makes it feel very safe. The front desk staff is always very friendly. The amenities are incredible, specifically the gym and rooftop pool. I highly recommend living here, especially as a graduate student at Vanderbilt University since school is right around the corner.

The Morris is an amazing property. The concierge staff are friendly and helpful, the amenities are well-kept (gym and pool are the best in the area), and the decor/overall apartment features are high-end. It is a little expensive, but you can't beat the location.

I love having a 24-hour concierge and feel very safe at the Morris. It's a great location less than 10 minutes walking to the Owen building. It has so many nice amenities that my classmates and I take advantage of often.
