The Morris
This apartment is very nice. The building is great and the management company is great too. You can hear music from the bars and construction however regardless of which floor you are on, so be mindful of that. Very secure parking garage and building

Great apartment close to campus.
The Morris is beautiful and clean with an amazing rooftop and pool. It’s extremely close to school.
Rent can be expensive and the gym could have more machines but otherwise I love it.

Love this place! Friendly community
The Morris is such a friendly, clean, wonderful place to live. While expensive, there is a rooftop pool, community space for hosting events, and two outdoor areas on the 19th and 7th floor with grills, games, and is a good space to hang out with friends and guests. Each month, there are multiple events for residents (always with free drinks). The Morris residents also get discounts at many different restaurants in the area. There is a 24-hour concierge which is very convenient. Also, great security! Totally worth it. And, it is within walking distance to all of Vanderbilt's campus.

I've really enjoyed my apartment at the Morris! Although it may be expensive, I genuinely and firmly believe it was worth the investment.

Great amenities but pricey
Gym and rooftop pool are amazing. Concierge is super helpful and friendly. Apartments are really nice and reasonably sized. Recently, the landlord cut back on some things, such as available parking for guests, got rid of the guest suite. Also, there are a couple of odd ball things - guests have to use high efficiency laundry detergent (though I think no one actually does). Construction next door recently has been irritating at times. Very secure but at times annoying because you can only swipe people to your floor and you have to go get your guests from the lobby. Lots of nice resident events with free food and drink!
