A calm, serene and comfortable stay
I highly recommend this property, especially for people moving in with their families. It is very nearby to campus (a 20-minute walk) and very accessible through public transportation in Ithaca (TCAT). They have a 24-hour free maintenance program, premises are clean, high-speed cable internet and lush green gardens outside apartments.

Nice quiet apartment
Westview Terrace is nice and quiet but a bit apart from school (20-25 minute walk to/from Sage Hall). Is a quiet neighborhood and if you are coming with children, there's a good school close by.

Low Rent, Decent Living, Great for Pets
Westview Terrace is a 1-mile flat walk to Sage Hall. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for families/couples. There are two bus stops within a a football field in distance that will take you right to Sage Hall (the city buses give you free bus rides for the first year). Walking throughout the year is very easy. The apartments are average in quality but for the rental cost, they are great. Management is very quick to respond to requests. We have a massive storage room, which has been great for storing our bikes and seasonal clothing. Very safe area and very easy to live in. The biggest downside is the location relative to bars, downtown, and other classmates' housing - as a couple with a dog, we've never felt restricted, as it's easy to get around and uber is always around.
