It’s Ithaca
It’s ok. Nothing fancy but ok. Convenience of washer dryer in the unit. Spacious. There’s a busy street that you can typically hear when there are cars on the road and the owners could do a better job of maintaining the property.

Spacious, affordable housing with deck, balcony and parking
616 W Buffalo St is a small apartment building with great, affordable units including studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. The floor plans are spacious and some have private balconies, high ceilings and shared deck space. The parking lot is free to use and the management is very responsive. It is a 14 min walk from the commons, and there is a bus stop (for bus no 21) just across the street. Overall, a great place to live!
