Nothing Better IMO
Like any complex, this one has plenty of little issues, but overall it's one of the better apartments I've lived in and the convenience to campus is fantastic. It's also so nice to live in a community where lots of other MBAs and grad students live. The maintenance staff are a highlight - always kind and very quick to respond to issues. For the price, I don't think there are any better options.

Great Spot for MBAs
Overall really good. There's a large community of MBAs and Grad Students in general, the amenities are nice, it's close to school.

Generally a large group from the MBA program. Affordable for those living alone. Nice pool and gym.

Morgan's renter
I enjoy living at The Morgan. The management is great and the maintenance team responds promptly to all my needs. My apartment has direct sunlight and lots of storage.

Review
Friendly staff and very responsive management. Spacious and lots of light (but that may be because of my location). No major issues. Have had a few car break-ins which have been relayed to us. Close to Harris Teeter, Walgreens, gas station and other essentials.

Solid Apartment
I have lived here for about a year and half now & it is a solid apartment. Definitely on the more expensive side of apartment complexes here but pretty good for the money. There are a ton of other MBA students here which is nice & it has good amenities for a complex. I have a cat and the pet rent is a bit steep but overall has been a good apartment.
