K2- Great Location and Amenities
Bunch of young people in the building that are always drunk by the pool thus making the pool unpleasant. Other than that, no complaints. They are pretty strict with rules and unfortunately you have to leave the building to take the dog out vs other buildings that have something on a floor. They have a great patio on floor 4 that would make a perfect in building dog run but they rent it out for revenue of course.

Party Apartment
Great amenities and offerings however it is very much a party apartment. It is also very small with little closet space if you live with at least two people per one bedroom. The appliances are modern however not always up to date and our dishwasher is constantly breaking.

Nice and New
New building. Good management group. Overall great experience and happy with my decision. Will most likely re-up my lease at the end of the month. Location is nice and only a transfer away from anywhere in the city. Plan to stay in the development for a few years.

West Loop Gem
Great proximity to grocery, bars, restaurants, coffee, & nail salons. The amenities here are great, (large gym and basketball court that my boyfriend loves). We also love the steam rooms, but wish they were co-ed so we could go together. The pool deck gets a little windy, making it less enjoyable to use, but the path from the pool deck to Jewel Osco is a lifesaver!
