It's a great apartment but really expensive

It's a great apartment but really expensive. Lower the cost or provide some better amenities and leasing office staff

Horrible, horrendous

Do not recommend. Everything is broken all the time, loud dogs always who the management does nothing about. Way overpriced for the poor condition everything is in.

Convenient but Expensive

I definitely regret living in such an expensive apartment complex. The location and proximity to school and Denver at large is amazing, but there are cheaper options in the area that will do the job. Plus, the building may look pretty but things are constantly breaking down and management is often slow to respond.

Poorly Maintained, Bad Management

Poorly maintained - something is always broken. Management is constantly changing, always has excuses, doesn't do much. Lots of ongoing maintenance issues with the building.

OP

OP has been great! Apartments are modern and equip with nice utilities. In-unit washer and dryer are a plus. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Great place to live alone or with a roommate.
