Great location if you are a DU student

I have lived in this complex for 2 years. The location is top-tier if you attend DU, but the benefits stop there. Management is unresponsive. Their phones are always off, and there is almost never anyone in the office. The facilities do not justify paying $2200+ per month on rent. The individual units themselves are nice, as long as you don't have a unit that has carpeted floors.

1 year Lease

Very clean and modern feeling. There is a heated outdoor pool on the fifth floor. I wish there was a grill on the fifth floor. It's across the street from DU.

It's a great apartment but really expensive. Lower the cost or provide some better amenities and leasing office staff

Horrible, horrendous

Do not recommend. Everything is broken all the time, loud dogs always who the management does nothing about. Way overpriced for the poor condition everything is in.
