Great Amenities and Great Staff
The units are quite spacious. Gas range, laundry in-unit, floor to ceiling windows, big walk-in closets, gorgeously done finishes. Central heat & A/C with Nest. The location is perfect. Right next to UIC Halstead Blue Line, close to parks, and great restaurants. Rooftop pool and grill have the best views compared to similar buildings I toured in the area. There is a great gym in the building. The common spaces are beautiful. Concierge on staff 24/7. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly the majority of the time. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and always happy to help you. They do monthly happy hours with residents to encourage everyone to be social. Easy online rent payment. Parking was 200/month for heated garage.
Only complaint for the location would be occasional noise. You are near hospitals and a fire station, so sirens are common.
I felt rent was on par for higher end apartments in the area.
I genuinely miss living here!

Simply the best!
I love that this building is close to the highway, has plenty of luxurious amenities, is located in the heart of Chicago’s most desired neighborhoods, and is affordable relative to similar developments in the area! The building is well crafted with great finishes and features throughout and is supported by a kind and helpful team of dedicated staff members that treat us like family!
