Fine for short term
I would not choose this place to live long term in, but for a year, seems fine!
Yes, I had to give up on nicer things like a gym in same building or in unit washer dryer, but I’ve had a relatively easy time living here!

Building is okay unit is good
Not the nicest building I’ve lived in but the unit is very comfortable and a nice alcove away from the craziness of kellogg
