515 W Briar Pl

Overall good. The maintenance man is only responsive through email, he will not answer his phone or return a call. There are minimal utilities/perks and they continuously try to raise the price. The walls are thin, which means you can hear people outside at all times and in the stairwell.

Nice, but expensive for not much

It's nice and new looking inside, but it's a small 300 sq ft studio for nearly a grand, no utilities included. So it looks nice and location is good, management has been great, but it's far too expensive for far too small and cramped a space
