Definitely my favorite apartment community in RDU!
I recently visited Cortland Perimeter Park for a friend who is moving to the area. Firs off, the staff was amazing. The office team was very knowledgeable and not only answered my questions, but anticipated some of my friend's needs that we hadn't even thought about. This community was clean and blew me away from the moment I arrived. The grounds were immaculate and they offered a variety of high end amenities. Plus, the apartments were well designed and offered all the bells and whistles. Definitely my favorite community that I have visited so far!

It’s ok
I had multiple problems moving in and the mandatory ATT Service Provider for internet and cable is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had on my life
