College Townhouse, Clean, Newer Building Close to Campus

I would recommend College Townhouse as a clean, newer building that is in Collegetown and in close proximity to Sage Hall and Breazzano. The one drawback is the price and at 2,300 per month I'm paying an upper end for a studio although Collegetown in general runs higher.

Really nice, really small, really expensive

Clean and everything is new. Studio apartments are VERY small. I would stay next year if it were cheaper and a little larger, but it's not worth it.

Clean, convenient and easy

Short walk to collegetown and the place is modern and clean. Downsides are no building parking and no gym
