Great Landlords, Noisy Neighbors

For the entire time I have lived here (2+ years), the Moll Properties landlords & tenants have been excellent. The only problem is one outside of the landlords' control: there is a very noisy Cornell undergrad party house right next to our house and another party house diagonally across the street. Awful neighbors that are loud, drunk, and do not care about other people. Otherwise, this is an extremely safe & well cared-for housing option, and the landlords are very accessible & consistently go above and beyond. Closing windows & turning a fan on works to block noise on weekend party nights, which mostly close down during the winter.

My unit in particular is beautiful though - huge windows with a beautiful tree outside, lots of sunlight, incredible deal on space. Maybe I should thank the neighbors for such a steal of a price.
