Decent place near DU
Pros: Amenities, apartments are nice, management is responsive, views are great, and location is very close to DU.
Cons: Constant building-wide maintenance issues (water damage, garage door not working, etc.), frequent loud noise late at night (12-4 am).

Works but if overpriced
The amenities and location is great, but the maintenance and cost is absurd. My car was broken into in the garage and they have no cameras nor responded to my email. Their gates for the garages also tend to be broken making it feel significantly less secure. Paying for the location and the gym basically.

Walking Distance to DU
Atelier is a good apartment option if you are looking for a high-quality apartment, nice amenities, have a pet, and/or want to be able to walk to class. Additionally, many law students typically live there which is nice for the social aspect. The apartment is very nice, and the management is very responsive and helpful. The amenities are very nice
(rooftop pool, indoor pool, two workout rooms, secure mail room, big lobby). Also keep in mind that the rent price does not include extra expenses (parking, utilities, wifi, common area utilities) - these can run an extra $300-400 per month.

Great Place
I lived here both years of law school and really enjoyed it. I met other law students in the building, walked to campus within 10 minutes and had no major issues. The amenities are great - rooftop, outdoor/indoor pool, fire pit, and great lobby to study. Only con was that the common fee and utilities were super high.

Close by and quiet
I really like the property management at Atelier. The amenities are very nice as well and never have too many people using them. I worked for a while before going back to law school so I was worried about the noise of living next to a university while also wanting to be close enough to walk to school. However, this had been a very nice and quiet place to live.

Close to Campus and Affordable-ish for a Luxury Apartment
I like being close to campus so I can walk every day and can go home between classes if I want. The apartment itself is the nicest I've ever lived in, and feels like a good "grown-up" apartment after living in very cheap apartments with roommates in college. But it is slightly pricey. Rent can be anywhere from $1,500-$2,000 for a one bedroom depending on the floor plan, and it doesn't include wifi, electricity, common utilities, or parking. I pay around $300 in fees each month, so the rent can be deceiving.
It is a large apartment complex and it has all the pros and cons that come with that. Neighbors can be noisy (though for the most part the building consists of single working adults or couples fresh out of college, and grad students). There are a decent amount of law students living here, and some of them have become my closest friends. Management is fine, usually pretty responsive, but we have had some issues in the past. It has great amenities - a beautiful rooftop pool with a great view of the mountains, and a gym that has almost everything you need and isn't extremely busy. Overall I've had a pretty good experience and have been able to stay here throughout my three years of law school without any significant issues.

Good so far
I have only lived at my building for two months. The positives (so far) include good security, covered garage parking, and modern amenities such as a nice gym, lap pool, and rooftop area. The negatives have been the fire alarm going off and the water having to be turned off for two days due to a major plumbing issue that led to flooding. Additionally, the online rent payment system has been problematic and I have had to pay with physical checks.

Great Location and Common Areas
Overall, Atelier is a really great apartment during law school! It is a 15-minute walk from the law building, it is secure, and generally several other law students live in the building. The apartment itself is also very nice - high ceilings, quiet, two pools, a gym, kitchen lobby, free food events, dog-friendly, parking available, and relatively secure access. Although it is expensive, it has more reasonable prices than other higher-end options near campus, and you get a really nice space for what you are paying. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, downtown, and the light rail. Some of the downsides include all of the extra costs (parking, utilities, common area utilities, WiFi, secure package service) and slow common area maintenance. Overall, this is a great, safe, and social apartment complex that meets the needs of a law student very well.

Close to Campus and Affordable-ish for a Luxury Apartment
I love my apartment itself, but the complex is not perfect. We went through a management change during lease renewals which was stressful. The new management seems to be getting things in order, but there are still a few problems that they have not been able to fix, like the garage doors securing the parking garage as well as several exterior doors that are broken, so the complex isn't secure. This was the cheapest complex I could find close to campus, but there are a lot of additional fees on top of rent. Internet, utilities, and electricity are all additional charges. The pool and hot tub are great and the roof has a beautiful sunset view of the mountains. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the law building and there are a decent number of law students that live here, which makes walking to class and studying together easy.

Good Student Choice
This is a great apartment complex for something near DU. The amenities are nice, the rooftop is a great view, and there are plenty of places to study.
