Overall rating 7.2/10, based on 24 renter reviews Write a review
Tons of hidden costs and INCONVENIENCES
I lived at atelier during L1 and it was awful. I was supposed to pay 1400 a month but there were so many subsidiary companies with a hand in it that my rent was probably around 2200 a month. The management didn't respect my privacy, mail was provided by a subsidiary company and I always needed to find a manager to get it, the property manager referred me to a subsidiary company for every question/request. I describe the place as communist worker housing with nice veneers made of petrochemicals.

Atelier
Property managers are not very knowledgeable. But the flats are nice and pretty well made

Great Location and Common Areas
Atelier UP is a really great apartment that is close to campus (walking distance). The rooms are nice quality, spacious, and quiet. The apartment complex has really nice amenities (pools, gym, workout bikes, bike room, nice and secure lobby, secure package delivery). The apartment is also pet friendly and has a pet washing station. The only downside is the apartment is expensive. Rent is expensive, and on top of rent you must pay utilities, WiFi, trash, common area expenses, parking, and a package delivery fee. Overall, this has been a really nice apartment to live in and meet other law students. Denver is expensive to rent in generally, so I find that living somewhere this nice is worth it!

Close to campus and nice apartment
I love my apartment and I love being so close to campus and a short drive to downtown. I feel safe within my building and the management team is wonderful - my dog gets treats every time we go through the lobby. I will say that, because a number of undergrads live here, it can get messy in the halls and elevators, but the maintenance and cleaning crew here are pretty good about getting things cleaned quickly
