Nothing fancy, but has a big floor-plan and good closest space.

Great management and maintenance team. Good price too

Crowne Park is the nicest of the Crowne properties near Wake
Parking is included which is nice (as opposed to downtown apartments)

Con:
The rent is expensive because it's so close to school
Pests have been an issue, but it's because my apartment is very close to the forest/trees

Price is high for Winston Salem but you are paying for the management. Management team is great!

I’ve been at this property for a couple of months and it has been great so far. My apartment itself is super nice and was in great condition when I moved in. The management staff is always so kind and helpful. They’re great at communicating with tenants. They do a lot of things for the community here. The neighbors are amazing as well. It’s a nice blend of people: graduate students, people who work a 9-5, a wide age range. I’m a law student so it is a quick drive to campus and if I don’t want to drive, there is a shuttle that stops at Crowne Park and takes students to campus. The property itself has a gym and a pool for tenants, and the location is right near a grocery store, a gas station, and a nature trail. The only thing that might be a concern for some people is that some of the buildings are near a fairly major road. The trees block it off, so you’re not right next to it, but at night the cars can sometimes be loud. It’s never bugged me as it never lasts past midnight and I can tune it out, but I know some people are sensitive to that. And, of course, this is only a certain few buildings. Some buildings are further back on the property. All in all, if I had to do it over again, I would pick Crowne Park. I already feel right at home here.

Very close to campus! Pet friendly, even has a dog park on the premises. Residents are a mix of students and older people. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. On-site courtesy officer.

It's nice to have other students nearby. I have a 4-minute drive to campus.

Crowne Park has been a great place to stay for me during law school. It's close to multiple grocery stores, a gas station, and the campus. It's quiet, clean, and has a good mix of tenants. A bus line goes to campus as well.

I have loved living in Crowne Park! It’s close to three grocery stores, it’s in a quiet location, and the property is maintenance well. There are also a ton of Wake Forest students here, and there’s a shuttle that goes from the apartments to campus.
