Good

Great location. Everything is at least fine in terms of the apartment itself, and the location is really a winner. Rent is also very affordable, especially with roommates.

Does the job!

Is crowne the nicest apartment ever? No. Do I regret living here? Also no. It is a perfectly adequate reasonably priced apartment. Most units are updated, has the amenities you might want, maintenance is pretty quick to fix problems. I can sometimes hear my neighbors but overall it is pretty quiet. Very close to campus.

Great experience

Great apartments. The management team and maintenance team was supportive; they always respond to our requests in a timely manner. The only problem living here was that it would lost power in some windy days.
