Crowne Park is awesome

We have loved living here. It’s clean, very close to multiple great grocery stores and gas stations, close to campus, near restaurants and a movie theatre, etc.

The management company is very accommodating. They have worked with us countless times to help us out and they are quick to send maintenance every time we’ve needed it.

There are multiple Crowne properties but they’re worse. Oaks is slightly cheaper but I’d rather pay slightly more to live in a way better apartment, and Polo is fine but somewhat inconveniently located.

Great Apartment

Crowne Parks is great. Very spacious, and I rarely hear my neighbors.

Meh

It's okay. I live on the first floor, so there are many insects. So many that they no longer phase me. The previous lessees sold us a washer and a dryer, so that was convenient as this facility does not have one for tenant use.
