Fulton Market
Great area with lots of restaurants nearby. Close to West Loop and to Rush. Right by pink and green lines on CTA. Property has excellent doorman and security. Minimal amenities available in building.

Loft-style living in West Loop!
Highly recommend Clinton St Lofts for an individual with more flexible budget, or a couple (each of us pay <$1000). The main downside is that it is loft-style, so sound carries throughout the apartment. Only the bathroom has a closed off door/ceiling, everything else is loft-style. The aesthetic is wonderful - exposed brick, really high ceilings, and easy to make it look cool without much furniture. Huge closet, great in-building gym. We rent the unit from the owner, so most people own their condo. Most other people in the building are in their 30s - 60s. The operations team are wonderful and help quickly with everything from maintenance to lock-outs! Feels very safe and is a stone's throw from Fulton Market, Randolph Street, and the River Walk! 3 mins from the Clinton St stop on the pink line.
