Good value but rude landlord and lack of maintenance

Spacious but outdated
Outdated appliances and some issues with mold. However, very good value.
Landlord pressures us to renew lease for August-August in October.

Good value
Good value and pet friendly. By far not fancy compared to my classmates apartments, with mostly older appliances, but everything works and the landlords are pretty responsive. However, the structure is older and moisture prone so there have been some issues with mold and mildew.
