Super close to campus but lots of undergrads

It's a convenient location with smaller grocery stores nearby and the engineering quad is only a 7-10 minute walk. The only downside of the proximity to campus is that the majority of the students in the building are undergraduates, there tends to be more noise during the week days but with a quick walk to the library is easily avoidable.
