Overpriced With Issues
I had a persistent ant problem on third floor, a problem with my ceiling fan, the AC went out for a day. On the pool courtyard, when the pool was open, people will ignore quiet hours and no no one does anything about it except for one email. They decided to renovate the pool, giving residents one week's notice. It has been ongoing with construction noise throughout the day starting at 7:00 AM. October-May. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Very expensive for the quality.

BEWARE OF CONSTRUCTION
While convenient to the law school, management is not transparent with the guests when there is maintenance or CONSTRUCTION needing to be done. They just do it, with little to no advance notice.

Troubadour Review
It's been great, only big complaint is that there's currently construction on the pool that will be lasting until Memorial Day 2026. Also, if you shower very early in the morning (7:00am), it may be take a while (~10-15 min) for the water to get hot.

Construction zone
There is a bulldozer in the pool and residents are living in a construction zone without any communication from the property manager.

Troubadour Review
Definitely pricy since the 1 bedroom apartments can be a tad small and lacking storage, but it's a safe, clean, cozy building with very nice amenities. The staff is prompt and nice, and the finishing touches in the apartment really elevate it (backsplash, flooring, farmhouse sink, etc.). It's walking distance to the law school and a lot of friends live in the building or close by, so it's nice to have the community. I like that the building is smaller than its's neighboring buildings, so there isn't as much traffic around. The elevators do break down every now and then, but not all at once. My one complaint is that moving in and out is tough since there isn't an elevator large enough for large furniture like couches. The way my specific apartment faces also doesn't let in too much natural light and the neighboring balcony is too close for comfort to my bedroom windows.

Troubadour - Expensive but Great Location + Amenities!
I haven't lived here for super long, but I've liked it so far! The amenities (the gym and the pool) are really good and so is the location - I love living in walking distance to the law school. The biggest complaints I have are the thin walls and just noise generally. I live on the same floor as the pool so it can get kind of loud, especially at night on weekends. Usually it's not terrible (as the pool closes at 10pm but sometimes people stay longer), but when it's loud it's really loud. Also the ceilings are thin as well and I can constantly hear my upstairs neighbor - I don't know if they just stomp around or if it's a big problem with the ceilings though.
