It's nice here

Ivy is very middle of the road, decent housing. They are older buildings that are updated inside. Maintenance is great, the front office is the typical kind of annoying but not too bad type. I've never had any real problems with my apartments (I have rented two here). It is very easy to hear upstairs neighbors though. The pools are nice, the gym and laundry rooms are always clean. The yearly rent increases are annoying but standard for an apartment. Despite not allowing pets, this place is absolutely crawling with dogs. Get a unit in the back half of a building, they have more space for the same price, and usually more light.

Great value

Cheap and close to the school, only downside is no in-unit laundry.

Great

Ivy is a nice place to live. It's close to school and affordable. The apartments are nothing fancy, but they are a good deal and have a lot of room.

Super convenient to law school and the best value for its location

During my first year, I lived about a ten minute drive from the law school and moved to Ivy Gardens for this school year. I love being so close that I can walk (or very quickly drive over if needed). I've been very happy with the quality of my apartment for its value.

Great place to live

Ivy is close to the law school, relatively affordable, and has a cozy feel. I love that the property has a lot of trees, and one of my joys is looking at the tree outside my bedroom window. Additionally, the style of the apartments make it feel more homey than a giant tall block of an apartment. Ivy buildings are only three floors, and the design looks like houses. Another advantage of Ivy is that the management is on-site and responsive, and they don't nickel and dime you.
Of course, no apartment is perfect. Some units in Ivy, including mine, have old and outdated finished. However, it is clean and adequate.

Great for Law Students

Really close to the law school, relatively cheap. Wish there were more amenities/utilities included. Good for single person or couple.
