The apartment has a nice vintage charm with modern appliances, neighbors are relatively quiet, and it's in a great location with easy access to public transit and shopping on Lake St. It's a great amount of space for 2 people to live in and contains in-unit washer/dryer. It is a bit inconvenient for car owners since parking spaces are limited, and maintenance used to be quite unreliable (but they since hired a new technician who is much better). There is also a small gym on the property with bikes, treadmills, a cable machine, and free weights.
