Pretty Good
Victory Villages has an amazing staff that is very caring and communicative. I feel very fortunate to have found this housing as it is a house, not an apartment, and my rent is amazingly low with everything included (even fully furnished). I highly recommend renting with them. The only issue is that they have a hard time keeping maintenance staff, so sometimes certain maintenance requests may take a while to be completed.

Definitely go and check out the house they offer you first. They have multiple houses they are relatively nice but some aren’t. In my personal experience so far there’s a lot of maintenance issues and bugs around the house.

I should mention that the location is extremely secure, and it is also about three minutes from Wake Forest University. There is a lot of space/ storage in the unit.

The house is spacious with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It is fully furnished with free parking, an outdoor deck, and on site maintenance. The house is a little older and therefore a little worn.

Spacious, 4 bed, 4.5 bath, fully furnished with deck. Close to Wake Forest Campus. Free parking-- 5 car driveway. Management is not always responsive promptly.
