Good location, optimal cost

The house is close by, so there’s no transport hassle to get to University.
However, the rooms are all different sizes, and the bathrooms are quite small. The house is also pretty old, so it’s not uncommon to find roaches. Otherwise the refrigerator, stove, oven work well. The rooms came furnished with a desk, bed, and dresser. Utilities are included in the rent, and they included a TV, so it saves lots of costs.

Best deal in Winston

For the price for the location you can't beat the wake forest properties for graduate housing. Walking (or biking) to class and water and electricity included in already low rent.

Bang for Your Buck

Big house with lots of extras for very cheap. Provides great value with big deck and back yard.
