Excellent

Overall great experience renting from Wake Forest University. The price is the best around and it includes utilities. It is very walkable from campus. I'm happy with it. I will say though, the campus housing is not the most accommodating for married couples when one person is not a student. If that is your situation, look elsewhere. They also will not allow pets.

Great price

I can walk to school, the maintenance team is great, and everything is labelled so there is no arguing about whose space is who's.

I wish is it was a quieter street with more privacy as we can be seen from the street, homes in the backyard, and directly next door.

Yes

WFU Graduate housing takes care of everything. I simply have to show up, make sure I keep things relatively neat and they take care of everything else.

Graduate Housing Review

I like living in graduate housing because it is close to the University and I can walk to school. But, I do not like the extensive lease rules the University imposes on its graduate students, and I do not like that our rent was raised between 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 without updating any amenities.
