This university house is in a great location and is affordable.

The housing is cheap but that's pretty much the only plus besides included utilities with no cap. The house is old and infested with cockroaches, but if you have a maintenance request Wake Forest Properties will fix it quickly which is a plus because stuff breaks all of the time.

Good. 10 roommates, can be a lot sometimes but house is big enough so it's not bad and you get a nice social group to lean back on. 2 roommates share a bathroom, 5 bathrooms total. Internet blows

I rent a room in a Grad House on University Pkwy. The particular house has 10 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a game room and a wash room equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The best thing about the property is that it is all-inclusive of electricity, water, cable and internet. The worst part about it is the internet is poor quality, probably due to the number of people on the house, but no matter how much we complain, the issue persists. Another strength, however, is the maintenance personnel are amazingly fast at fixing problems/issues that may arise, and they send someone once a week to clean the common areas, so you are only responsible for keeping your room clean. There are 5 bathrooms, so you only have to share a bathroom with one other person. It works for me.
