Good - all problems are fixed fairly quickly by Wake and the rent is very cheap

Wake Forest Properties

If you get in early it's a great place to live. Already furnished, all inclusive and walking distance to the school. I would recommend a smaller size house, and if possible request your own bathroom. But someone comes weekly to clean common spaces, so even the big houses aren't so bad.
