Wake Housing
Living in the Graduate Student Housing is an awesome opportunity for Law Students. Many of the properties are right by campus, they're super cheap compared to the local apartments, and you're often paired with international students, or at least students from a different background. I've loved my time in grad student housing and plan to stay.

Little House on Polo
The house is cozy and accessible to the Polo side of campus. Living with randomized roommates is a gamble, but both years I’ve had good experiences. The house is not updated and the bathroom especially isn’t ideal. But overall, the convenience to campus makes it worth it.

Great place to live in, especially when moving in from a different state. Not a lot of storage space, but overall very good!

Great Location
It's only a 15 minute walk from class, so that's helpful! Also, I have had great success with the maintenance, so that is a lovely aspect of living here as well. Lots of roommates, but we are respectful toward one another.
