Roommates
Convenient, but you must be flexible.
Our house is extremely close to campus and is a good deal for what's included. However, we have new roommates moving in and out with little warning (one or two days) and few, if any details given about them (once I had to ask to be told my new roommate-to-be's name before she moved in).
