Great house, frustrating rental company
I love this house. It’s super cute, has a washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a screened-in back porch. We have to pay for internet/cable, water, and electric separately from the rent cost. The rental company takes care of all maintenance repairs and lawncare. The company can be incredibly difficult to deal with when issues arise, but for the most part, it’s a great place to live. Right across from WFU campus off University Pkwy.

Great location! Walking distance to campus
The great thing about this house is that it is in a great location with about a 10-20 minute walk to WFU campus. The rooms are pretty spacious and most of the house is decently updated. The landlord is responsive to any needs you have. There is a great neighborhood to walk in and around after stressful days at school. There is also a super nice screened in porch and large fenced in back yard which is an added bonus!
