800 Polo Road
At 800 Polo Road, I am close to campus which is a great benefit! However, it does mean I have not explored downtown Winston-Salem as much as I would have liked. The management here has been fast at resolving any issues (Usually the day or two after a request is sent in). One downside is that I do not feel the house is worth the full rent as we also pay for utilities and wifi on top of the rent.
