Rental Review
What I liked best about living here was the proximity to the expressway, which was important to me as a commuter student. It’s a gated community, and my view of downtown was really nice. Maintenance was also reliable and responsive whenever I submitted a request.
What I disliked was not being able to control the heat in the winter — the preset temperature in the building was too cold for me. Guest parking is very limited, and the property does not directly manage the residential parking lot, which led to frequent towing issues beyond management’s control. Lastly, the dog parks were disappointing, as they were mostly gated cement areas without much space or grass.
