Good Building for the Price
I lived at this address for 5 years. Management is usually helpful and quick. The apartment is small, but it does the job. If you have western facing windows, the apartment heats up a LOT in the afternoon. Generally a good building with good management.

Nice Apartment
The apartment itself is nice, but the location leaves much to be desired. Only one bar nearby. Thankfully Jewel and Target are in walking distance and I go there quite often. It is an old hotel building so there are many people living there, but I always feel safe and the management company is very prompt.

Great location and Price
Great location, not too busy and very residential. Steps away from gym, grocery store, target, red line, and bus stop. Gym in building is very convenient. Open spaces. Great 1 bedroom for a 400sqft apartment. Newly redone apartment. Great dark hardwood floors. Walls are plaster, be careful hanging things on the walls. Main floor has doors to backstage of a theater, pretty cool.
